Morning Ladies!

I didn't do a WATP workout yesterday. I took so much Excedrin to get rid of my migraine for a few hours that I was stung out on caffine! After at least 90 minutes of moving furniture around and having my heart rate in the 75 - 85% range, I figured I'd had enough workout for one day. Will get one in today since I have no more rearranging to do. Seriously, I moved so many things around, put down large area rugs and such that my husband asked if I'd hired someone to help me. I think he was a little scared of me! lol

Way to go Diane. Moving furniture is a chore for sure!
Today, I had to get myself outta the house so I went to the gym for my cardio today. Got in 35 mins on the elliptical and then I cleaned my parent's place and boy did I sweat! Now, tonight I am cleaning a friend's apartment and I know I will sweat there too! I will do a WATP tomorrow.

Good morning girls! Well, now I guess it is about afternoon....

Good job on getting those workouts in! I did a walk and jog WATP today. I might do it again later tonight too. I am off to do some shopping today. Have a great day!

Good Morning. Still a little under the weather, but nothing like yesterday. Am going to take it easy today, but plan to be back at WATP tomorrow morning. This week I have the bet with my husband to get more DVDs and I don't back down from a bet very often.

How did the week treat everyone? Mine was pretty nasty, but the scales were extremely kind. Got in a 2 mile dvd this morning. I'm coming to the conclusion that there are no easy workouts when it comes to Leslie Sansone.

I expect I will probably gain this coming week. If I don't, it will be a miracle.
