I Challenge You This...

to join and track your calories burned for the month of March, then every month after aiming to beat the previous.

Yeah ...I'm in. Ironically, today is my first day of starting a cardio routine and I was looking for a challenge so I'm up for it .....so are we only recording calories burned?

That's sounds cool...I did 30 mins of excercise today...I'm having problems with the system ...so, if i do not get back ....anyways ...do we log in the amount of minutes weekly?

I would say do daily that way you don't forget but if you don't get on here daily then no biggy just log them when you get in. I got screwed outta going to the gym yesterday and most likely today but today I have a good excuse, it's my wedding cake tasting appointment today so I ain't passing that up but monday through friday this week the gym and I are becoming best friends! LOL

i gotta refigure the cals but i did 20 mins treadmill, 20 mins stationary bike and 15 on circuit training.
