Way to go Tasha! And if I've missed anyone else getting in their workout today, way to go!

Got in the 4 Mile Super Challenge and a little extra today.

I will probably be taking tomorrow off from the WATP workout. I have to shovel the snow. Takes at least a half hour, probably more tomorrow as there is more snow than before.

Anyone want to meet me in St. Croix and workout to a portable DVD on the beach? Oh, that's right. We're in the process of getting snowed in.

So far the book seems to have some good points, but I don't think that it is worth reading the devotional part and doing the daily activity one day at a time. Things like writing in a journal, reminding yourself that nothing is forever (at some point ONE donut will be okay, etc.). So far I'd say - good library book, but don't bother buy it.

What type of belt is it?? What is the purpose of it? Just curious....

I haven't worked out yet but am planning to here in about an hour or so.
Have a great day! Walk away those pounds!!!!
Tasha, the belt has the stretchie bands connected to it to firm the arms and the upper body. I did it last night, it was pretty good. She does not use them too much, guess you can use them more the stronger you get. Going to do my walking now. Later!

Angela, we all have those weeks. I was just looking at my log for this month and last. All of last month I burned 5400 calories through exercise. So far this month - 5013. So, don't beat yourself up about this week. I'm sure you'll get back on track.

Tasha, the Walk and Jog is 2.5 miles. At least that what she says during the cool down. I sometimes wonder about her distances, but since I'm not counting miles, I'm not going to stress about it.

So do you think the miles are cut short?? I'm just wondering because I am counting the miles and I have counted on what she says. Maybe I need to wear my pedometer..

I don't really think they are because many of the steps are larger than if I were out walking. I have used a pedometer with most of them and a three mile has an average of 2.3 miles worth of steps. I've also measured the distance of my side step and such and it is more than a walking step for me. My pedometer is kind of a pain too, so I'm not sure it picks up all the steps for the cool down with the aerobic counter. The only one I've seriously questioned is the walk and jog yesterday.

Hey there Ladies!!!
I had a great time in Vegas! I did the work out videos in my hotel room each morning before I was "allowed" to leave. It felt good to have done them!
I shopped WAY too much... I just did this trip 2 months ago.. and went crazy again! I even went to a Target store (never been before) and I bought another of Leslie's videos.. I think I am going to try it out today.. I think it is a belly fat busting one.. or something. I have to bust some of this belly before Jamaica in 12 days... any advice for some super quick burning? Besides my super strict eating I will take on? lol... ugh!!!!

ohh haven't read all the posts yet.. but did anyone try ebay for some of her dvds???
