Lia, I'm just headed out. I'll get back to you in a little bit, but to answer quickly, I think both challenges can go together.

I am also doing the Easter Challenge. I think that if you do both it will be fine because the goal of the Easter Challenge is to lose 10 lbs and this in home walking will only help you get there! The first Leslie Sansone DVD I got was her Walk Away the pounds Express. It has a 3 mile and a 4 mile walk on it. It comes with a stretchie band too. It is pretty easy to do. Diane, is more of an expert on them than I am though.

The Easter Challenge that I am doing is the walking 150 miles by Easter but I think it will okay. Just want to make sure it is okay with you guys. It definitely will help me reach my 150 mile goal quicker.

Lia - Most of us are in other challenges as well so I don't think anyone will have a problem with it!

As far as her DVD's go, I started with her original Walk Away the Pounds Deluxe set (1,2 and 3 miles). You may want to start with a 3 or 4 mile since you're already exercising. I wasn't. The Walk Slim series are pretty good workouts that don't need any other equipment. Some of her DVD's require weights and/or resistance bands/stretch bands. A good way to get a better idea which one may work for you is to read the reviews on Amazon.com. My favorites right now are Walk Slim - 4 Fast Miles and Walk & Kick. Hope that helps.

Great job Angela! Lia, you may have a hard time finding her DVD's at the stores. I got mine at Walmart and went back to get another one and was told that they quit selling workout DVD's. How silly is that? I hope you can find one at Target.

Really, out of all the workout DVD's I have tried, I love these WATP ones the best. They are not hard to follow and still give you a great workout. Who would have ever thought that walking in place could make you sweat so much??? Well, maybe the other moves that go with it make you sweat, but still....
