Hi Mel....just go to tickerfactory.com and I'm sure you can figure it out from there. If not...call me.

I hope everyone is having a good day, despite the illnesses and family things going on. Just take it one day at a time and just remember to breathe!

I had lunch with my grandma today and was so proud of myself I got soup and a sandwich...no fries (that's big for me). I also only ate half my sandwich. I stopped when I was full. Plus, I gave it to my grandma so she had dinner for tonight. Bonus for her! I just have to stop when I'm full. I don't always do that. I'm off to go exercise.

It is nice to read about everyone with their grandparents. I never felt so at "home" as when I was with my grandparents. I got in my miles today. 3 on the elliptical and another "on the run" today. Thanks for all your support. Everyone is so nice. I am going to get up at 5:30 tomorrow. Now, will I actually get out of bed...

Cathy what a sweet day for you with your Grandma.
Nicole how is your grandfather?
Zina, you on the mend?
Tatiana walk it baby!

So nice to have Joy and Melissa and Lia here - I was new last month!
Ellie, you hanging in there? Walking you butt off probably?

Got almost 3 on this elliptical like running machine at gym, plus over 2 walking outside. Crazy warm day today - 60! Will be back in 30s tomorrow.

My mom recommends the Digiwalk or something like that and it costs $20. SHe's a health educator and at 65 teaches aerobics in her free time when she's not taking classes, lifting weights, etc. (Go mom!) She said the cheaper peds aren't as reliable so if you can go ahead and spend the $20. She ordered hers on line. I am going to look for that one, too.

Sounds good! Thanks
Yeah I know the cheap ones are no good... little ball bouncing around supposed to keep track of your steps? Yeah right! lol

edit:
I didn't find the Digiwalk on amazon, but I did find this:
Amazon.com: Omron HJ-112 Digital Premium Pedometer: Health & Personal Care

I think I'll try it out.
