Hello everyone. No walking for me today. I did go to exercise class and then women's league volleyball. Tomorrow I will attempt to try my possessed treadmill again. Unless the weather misses us, I could go outside. We're supposed to get freezing rain though.

My treadmill has passed on to be with the other treadmill's gone by. I worked on that thing for 45 minutes trying everything I knew how to do. It no longer speeds up anymore; it doesn't do a darn thing. I am going to attempt to email the company and see if I am still under warranty, but I'm sure they'll find some reason why it's not. (so pessimistic I am!) If I can't get it fixed, I'll have to be getting a new one. Living in Minnesota doesn't let you walk outside very consistently. So instead of walking outside after working on my treadmill (because of rain/snow) I plugged in dear old Billy Blanks. I got a 40 minute workout with him. So I won't be making my goal this time. I'll walk when I can....I'll still post what I do when I can't walk if that's ok with everyone. I'll miss you if I don't!

I got 9 more miles. 133 total. Tomorrow is going to be a very busy day but on Friday I will get at least 8 miles.

Good Job everyone. Don't forget to stretch your legs.
