I got 4 miles in today.

I got 3 miles in today...and I may do some more yet! Do any of you use a pedometer to track steps for miles, or just strickly track your exercise time? Thanks for letting me join you!

omg the flu bug has hit. I have been sick all day. Sleeping on and off. I wore my perdometer all day and it's 8:00pm here and I have a grand total of 2 miles. That's to the bathroom and kitchen only. No miles for me today.

Oh no, sorry Zina. I am finally healthy. It took a week, but I'm back to normal so I have sympathy for you. Get rest!!!

Yucky Zina. I hope you feel better. I didn't get any miles in today. We have been working on putting our new kitchen floor in. So I have been busting my butt today. Tomorrow we go and see my grandpa. He is having open heart surgery this Friday. So please keep him in your prayers. Thanks. Sounds like everyone is off to a great start though. Keep up the good work ladies.

i havent walked much this weekend, we're having serious family issues right now and i'm totally overwhelmed right now. i'm here, i will check in later.

i think i've gotten 5-8 since friday, and that was only from walking around the womens fair. *shrug* oh yea, and med ped broke. when it rains it pours.

I got 4 more miles in this morning.

I still haven't gotten any miles in today. I am still very sick. My grandson who I have every day in my daycare is also sick this weekend.
