Debbie I did my 12 miles for the weekend. 8 yesterday and 4 today. I will watch your kid if you will watch mine. My baby (18) is at his first concert tonight to see someone name SnoopDog. Who ever they are....I think they are a rapper... He went with two girls. One being an ex-girlfriend and the other being his best friends girlfriend. His best friend is at bootcamp.
As for the walking I break it up. I can do a mile in about 16-18 minutes.

WOW Ladies! Way to go! I didn't get the 12 in this weekend. However, I did get in 7 miles total for Sat. and Sun. Making my total 22 miles. I need to kick it up a bit. Easter is earlier this year. I plan on doing some math tomorrow to see if I can come up with a plan to make sure I meet the 150 miles. I will have to do a few big days soon... You inspire me to do that though. I'd love to do the trade! Didn't know Snoop Dogg was still performing - he is a rapper. That's a great time per mile! I need to build up to faster - I'm at about 20 per mile outside and a little faster at the gym.
