Default Exercise Thread, Week of 12/2

Rock and Roll ladies....here's to a great week!

Sunday: 30 min treadmill, 10 min elliptical (that thing still kicks my butt), 30 crunches
Monday:
Tuesday:
Wednesday:
Thursday:
Friday:
Saturday:

Goals: 4 days of aerobic activity, 3 days of strength training

hey lori thanks for getting this started. Not going to get much in since working a lot of macy hrs this week.

Sun- got that walk in 30 min,also 30 min strider
Mon- none work
Tues- 30 min strider,too cold to walk outside
Wed none work
Thurs none work
Fri- 30 min strider
Sat 30 min strider

Hey this is a great challenge. Im starting mine from tomorrow
MONDAY:
TUESDAY:
WEDNESDAY:
THURSDAY:
FRIDAY:
SATURDAY:
SUNDAY:

GOAL: do 30min - 45min cardio 4/5 times and strength training 3 times this week
eat not more than 1200 calories..STAY AWAY FROM THE CHOCOLATE..OR SIMPLY THE KITCHEN!!!

Sunday- Rest
Monday- 30 minutes on the treadmill DONE
Tuesday- Kickboxing DONE
Wednesday- Yoga Fitness
Thursday- PUMP
Friday- Kickboxing
Saturday- Kickboxing
