Hi

Guess what? My hip and leg are perfect. I only have a tiny bit of pain in my back. I will be back with you all in no time! My Chiropractor is writing out a workout for me that I can do at home to strengthen my back. I have a weight bench here, and a bunch of dumbbells, not including me

I also have a balance board. My favorite is to work out with DVDs.
It feels good to not be hurting anymore. I am trying to ease into working out so I don't go too fast.
You all are doing so well. I am proud of each and every one of you. Where are you Tatiana? My prayers are with you and your mom and your family.
