Default exercise thread wk of Oct 28th

Hello everyone,
starting macy's orientation this week going to affect my exercise I'm sure, will figure out how to get it in. Going for @ least 4 days this week.

Sun 2 20 min walks
Mon none orientation
Tues prob not orientation
Wed 30 min strider
Thurs 30 min strider
Fri 30 min strider- now gotta add some wts my body fat % way too high!!
3 set of 10 reps of 5 arm exercises w/ 3lb wts.
Sat- so far 5 arm 3lb wt exercises 3 sets of 10 reps.

I'm with you Lizzy!! Got lots of busy things this week but I want to squeeze it in. (4DAYS)

Sunday- Rest
Monday- Weights class DONE
Tuesday- Kickboxing DONE
Wednesday- 45 min. walk DONE
Thursday- Pump DONE
Friday- Kickboxing
Saturday- Kickboxing

I swear these threads doom my workout...it used to happen all the time on BCB. I wouldn't post and I'd get all my workouts in. I'd post and all hell would break loose. Oh well, here goes nothin I pledge 5 days this week

Mon-off
Tues-cycle 1 hr, CORE 30 min
Wed-cycle 1 hr, weights 30 min
Thurs-cycle 1 hr, weights 30
Fri-treadmill run 40 min; weights 30 min
Sat-cardio 45 min
