Default Exercise thread wk of Oct 21st

Hello everyone,
going to be a nutty week w/ mom leaving just going to do the best that I can

Sun- 35 min walk in
Mon 30 min strider
Tues- none way too tired
Wed- none going to mom's won't be able to update until prob Fri or Sat
Thurs- hope to get a walk in, going to be moving furniture 30 min walk
Fri- maybe strider when mom is here(definiately need to do it cheese cake factory. 30 min strider
Sat- will try to get something in after mom leaves.so far 30 min walk, 20 min strider

Lizzy I would love to join you..It has been a long time

Sunday: Rest for the weary (tons of shopping, so tons of walking!)
Monday: Elipitcal, legs (18 min cardio, 20 min leg weights)
Tuesday: Eliptical, arms (lazy today: 10 min cardio, 30 min arms)
Wednesday: Eliptical, legs NO go..Laziness hit in
Thursday: Elipitcal,arms
Friday: Elipitcal, abs
Saturday: walk
