Lower body weights? Walking around with your go go boots on is not considered lower body weights.

I did my 35 minutes of cardio (ran 3miles again) and I strength trained for 22 minutes (abs and legs). Oh, OP so far. Thumbs up!

Completed 60 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weights. OP too! Read for about 30 mins to relax also. WW, you watching young and the restless for relaxation? Or is that your workout?
