Here I am:

I'm pledging 5 days and I will make my pledge this week!!! Now that it's cooling off, I can actually ride outside on my road bike. WOO HOO!!!!!!!!!
Sunday-off
Monday-cycle 60 minutes (quite a workout today!) DONE; 30 min walk & jog with dog-extra added bonus workout

Tues-cycled outside 75 min
Wed-
Thurs-
Fri-
Sat
