Hi Kama! Sure, I'll send you that Beef and Black Bean Chili recipe.

And if anyone is curious Tasha, Cindy and myself all bought the same recipe book that have lots of great looking recipes and they look pretty easy to prepare and all the dishes are "light". For instance, the chili is 3.9 grams of fat per serving and 236 calories. We are picking one recipe a week and we all make the same one and see how we like it.

If anyone is interested it's called "5 Ingredient 15 Minute Cookbook" from Cooking Light books. It has a beef and brocolli dish on the cover. I paid full price for it but Tasha and Cindy both bought it cheaper from Amazon.com.

Oh, P.S. on the book. I've been writing in my book on whether I liked the recipe or not and how I might change it if I ever made it again. Here's the recipe if anyone else is interested.

ingredients
1 pound ground round
2 -(15-ounce) can no-salt-added black beans, undrained
1 cup medium or hot chunky salsa
2 (8-ounce) can no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili seasoning mix
Low-fat sour cream (optional)
Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (optional)
Cook meat in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles. rain, if necessary.
While meat cooks, drain and mash 1 can of beans. Add mashed beans, undrained beans, salsa, tamoto sauce, and seasoning mix to saucepan; stir well. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Spoon into serving bowls. If desired, top with sour cream and shredded cheese.
Makes 7 - 1 cup servings.

Hi WW--The only book I could find by Cooking Light on Amazon that had beef and broccoli on the front was called Superfast Suppers. The only cookbook I could find that was called 5 Ingredient 15 Minutes Recipes was a Weight Watchers cookbook. Could you send me a link to the recipe book you are referring to? I would really appreciate it! Thanks for sharing!
