Sorry Tasha. I feel like I'm leaving you to yourself. But, I'm sick. Runny nose and then stuffy and just not feeling good. I haven't left you. Just let me get right again and I'll give it my best.

I have been OP all week. Today I have done my 560+ crunches and I am skipping the Y today. I did my 3 mile walk dvd. Tonight if I can find the time I will go on my 3.2 mile walk outside too. (Weather permitting) No weights today but i did do some arm exercise with the stretchie band so does that count?

I am telling you that the last part of the day has been stressful. I am in one of those moods right now. Kind of like, one extreme or the other. I want to eat junk for dinner or just nothing at all. I think I am skipping dinner tonight. I know, not good to do but that is just how I am feeling right now. ugh!
