Default Exercise thread wk of Sept 16th

Hello everyone,
hope everyone is feeling better. I'm feeling back on track. I moved (barely) last week. Want to try to get back in the game again. Pledging 4 days this week and hoping to do more. We can do it ladies!!

Sun- did 30 min strider./ got another 15 min in for stress relief ( doing ok)
Mon 30 min strider even though feeling a bit wiped out.
Tues 30 min strider
Wed 30 min strider
Thurs none doing errands
Fri none @ moms
Sat- will try to get a walk in as well as some much needed yard work wont' be able to update

happy sweating goal met!!!

I'm in for 5 days this week! Hoping to get a lot of things done this week since I'm off.

Sunday - biked 4 miles
Monday - free weights and Leslie toning tape
Tuesday
Wednesday - biked 2 miles
Thursday - 30 min treadmill
Friday - biked 8 miles!!!!!!!!
Saturday

Well I think yesterday completed my 30 day challenge!!! Woo hoo!!! I am going to extend the challenge another month. I pledge 7 days of activity!

Sunday- 40 minute walk Done
Monday- Pump and Cycle Done
Tuesday- Kickboxing DONE
Wednesday- 30 minute Walk DONE
Thursday- Pump and 20 min treadclimber DONE
Friday- Kickboxing DONE
Saturday- Kickboxing and weights DONE

I found it Allison!! Thanks! Getting ready to workout now. I know, it's late, but I'm a night owl! LOL Will report what I do later:
Sunday-floor exercises for about 30 minutes, walked alitte.
Monday-walked 2.5 miles, taebo 30 mins.
Tuesday-
Wednesday-
Thursday-
Friday-
Saturday-
Thanks again all for allowing me this privilage! Charisma PS My weight in days are Monday.
Sunday I was tired/lazy. Please forgive me. Oh and I'm in for 6 days!
