WW, thank you for saying that. It really has just become a habit for me for the most part. (Working out) I feel crappy and guilty if I don't do it. My problem is sticking to the eating plan all the time. Well, at least 5 days a week. I am doing great this week! SO far so good. Trying to get back to 138 so I am working on it! Watched a movie tonight for relaxation.
Nice job on the working out too WW. I hear ya on only wanting to do the minimum on the weights. I have really kicked that part up and I think I can attribute my small gain to that this week. I think I will just tone that part back down some. I hate doing weights! I have been 100 % OP yet I gained a little. I am not stressing it though. All good to me baby!
