I keep forgeting to mention my relaxation too. My bad, I have been reading my book for that. I try to get in at leat 30 mins of reading.

I am with you WW. Today has been a great day so far! I did 45 mins of cardio at the y, 30 mins of strength training and ab work. Then I came home and opened my new dvd and did that too. (Another 45 mins of cardio) I was curiuous to try my new DVD. Love it! I bought the Leslie Sansone Walk away the pounds express. Really like it.

WW, I don't do that everyday so there is no need to be jealous. If anyone is jealous, I am of you. You weigh less than me now! You have really kicked butt on this whole weightloss thing! I have been the same weight( up and down) for a long time now. I better kick it up some more!

Tasha, I really love the way you just workout and make it seem simple. It's still a struggle for me to push myself to go. A good struggle though because I know it will help me in the long run.

Ok, so I worked out today. I ran for 30 minutes (3 miles) and strength trained for 20 minutes (I can and only want to do the minimum of that). Staying OP with food so far. Feel real good today.

WW, thank you for saying that. It really has just become a habit for me for the most part. (Working out) I feel crappy and guilty if I don't do it. My problem is sticking to the eating plan all the time. Well, at least 5 days a week. I am doing great this week! SO far so good. Trying to get back to 138 so I am working on it! Watched a movie tonight for relaxation.

Nice job on the working out too WW. I hear ya on only wanting to do the minimum on the weights. I have really kicked that part up and I think I can attribute my small gain to that this week. I think I will just tone that part back down some. I hate doing weights! I have been 100 % OP yet I gained a little. I am not stressing it though. All good to me baby
