I'm pledging 4 days this week. Looking forward to moving my butt!

Sun-off (walked around water park all day...climbed A LOT of steps)
Mon-off
Tues-cycle 1 hr/weights 40 min-DONE
Wed- off (at workshop all day-will try to walk in evening if cool enough)
Thurs-cycle 1 hr/weights 40 min
Fri-cycle 1 hr/weights 40 min
Sat-30 min run-DONE


Well- 2 out of 4 days pledged is NOT enough. Working harder on that in the coming week.

Here's to week 3 for me of the 30 day challenge. 14 days down 14 to go!

Monday- Cycle class DONE
Tuesday- Kickboxing DONE
Wednesday- 30 minute walk in neighborhood DONE
Thursday- 30 min treadclimber, weights DONE
Friday- Bootcamp DONE
Saturday- Kickboxing,weights, and ABS DONE
Sunday- 35 minute walk DONE

Another 7 days down!

I'm in better late than never going for 6 days this week.

Sun- furthest ever on the bike trail walked total 4 miles
Mon-30 min walk
Tues 30 min strider
Wed 30 min walk
Thurs. too sick
Fri- 30 min strider, but still feeling icky(last thing I need right now!!)
Sat- prob not lots stuff going on** edit will try to get something in to make goal

I'm late too but I'm aiming for 3 days being that there is lots of running around this week.

Sunday~NONE
Monday~ 1 hr. jog/walk in the park
Tuesday~ 35 mins. jog/walk treadmill and abs
Wednesday~Pilates
Thursday~
Friday~
Saturday~
