I'm late too but I'm aiming for 3 days being that there is lots of running around this week.

Sunday~NONE
Monday~ 1 hr. jog/walk in the park
Tuesday~ 35 mins. jog/walk treadmill and abs
Wednesday~Pilates
Thursday~
Friday~
Saturday~
