Default SB on BS Week #2 - We are on the Maintain Train!

Week #2 of Maintainers Forum!

Points system and guidelines for Maintaining for Sb on Bs
Cardio
Must complete: 90 mins of cardio per week. (30 mins per day for 3 days)=90 points.
Bonus points: Additional 2 days at 30 mins per day = 5 extra points for the week.

If you choose to do the bonus days and on one of them you pick a new form of cardio to do = 5 points.

You can earn up to 100 points weekly for cardio.

Strength Training
Must complete 3 days (20-25 mins per session) of strength training = 30 points for the week.
Do an extra day of strength training for 20-25 mins = 5 points. No more than 5 points can be earned here.
You can earn up to 35 points for strength training.

Staying OP (On your eating plan)
Staying OP for at least 5 days=90 points for the week.
If you are only OP for 4 days, you get no points.

Posting what you have completed
You can earn 1 point for posting what you have completed daily. (1 pt per day for up to 5 days)
You can earn 5 pts for the week for posting.

Bonus Relaxation Points

Doing 3 or more of the following =10 points for the week

Checking blood pressure, checking your cholesterol, getting your annual check
up, or a minimum of 5 mins of the following: Meditation, Yoga, Stretching,
Reading, Deep breathing, or any other activity that relaxes you.

*** Doing just the minimum on each section gives you a total of 215 points. You can earn up to 25 bonus points for doing extras.***

**** You cannot get any bonus points unless you meet the minimum requirements for Cardio, Strength training, and Staying OP.****

Wonder Woman's plan for the week
  • I will workout 5 days this week for cardio
  • I will strength train for at least 4 days this week
  • My food plan will be my old usual plan but there will be no soda at all, I will drink the minimum of 8 glasses of water a day.
  • I will do my best to make the maximum points allowed on the points system in order to make Tasha squirm!

My plan for this week.

Southbeach phase 1.
Cardio 5 days and strength training 5 days.
(Try another new form of cardio)


Get in some more relaxation.

No exercise for me today. Too hot outside and the Y was closed today so that means I will workout on Saturday this week.

Stayed Op today and for relaxation I shut myself in my room (hubby was with the kids) and watched a movie and then took a nap. Ahh, nice.

I have completed 40 mins of cardio today and 30 mins of weights. Staying OP and now I will go read for some relaxation.....


I also did a 45 min walk tonight too! Go me!

Way to go Tasha! You ladies are really rocking! Hmm...at least one of you is. Where's WW's workout post for today? I'm sure she did it. A mystery indeed.

Also wanted to say, I'm on my way! Hope to be joining you soon. Though I admit, it may take me a couple more months. I'm working on it!! Have a great week ladies!
