Getting off my lazy tush
I'm recommitting myself to fitness. Making a pledge to myself and my family to get healthy once and for all. I'll be posting my daily progress here as well as my personal reflections on how I'm doing.
I promise myself and my family to do my best to become a more fit wife and mother. I know that I'll have "off" days here and there but I promise not to let them keep me down. If and when I fall, I will recognize it for what it is and correct it ASAP.
My plan is:
*3 mile in home walking 6 days a week in the mornings
*strength training at least 5 days per week
*30 minutes on the Gazelle a MINIMUM of 4 days / week
*Sundays off for rest day
