Points system and guidelines for Maintaining for Sb on Bs
Cardio
Must complete: 90 mins of cardio per week. (30 mins per day for 3 days)=90 points.
Bonus points: Additional 2 days at 30 mins per day = 5 extra points for the week.
If you choose to do the bonus days and on one of them you pick a new form of cardio to do = 5 points.
You can earn up to 100 points weekly for cardio.

Strength Training
Must complete 3 days (20-25 mins per session) of strength training = 30 points for the week.
Do an extra day of strength training for 20-25 mins = 5 points. No more than 5 points can be earned here.
You can earn up to 35 points for strength training.

Staying OP (On your eating plan)
Staying OP for at least 5 days=90 points for the week.
If you are only OP for 4 days, you get no points.

Posting what you have completed
You can earn 1 point for posting what you have completed daily. (1 pt per day for up to 5 days)
You can earn 5 pts for the week for posting.

Bonus Relaxation Points
Doing 3 or more of the following =10 points for the week
Checking blood pressure, checking your cholesterol, getting your annual check
up, or a minimum of 5 mins of the following: Meditation, Yoga, Stretching,
Reading, Deep breathing, or any other activity that relaxes you.
