I was OP on Monday too Dancing Fool and with all the pushing that can go into sitting on the pot, that could count as a new exercise.

Stayed OP. (already ate dinner, no more eating for me tonight but I am drinking one last water)

Did 66 mins of cardio (including a new workout) and 20 mins strength training.
Scrapbooked for relaxation. (2 hours)

Looking back, it was a pretty good day for me with the exception of my son always finding a sharpie and drawing on his own face.
