Ok Tasha, I did 30 minutes of cardio (ran for 30 mins) and strength trained for 20 minutes!

Also wanted to add what I did for Monday.

I stayed 100% OP and I also set aside time to "relax". I have this cover you put over your eyes and it plays soothing sounds. So I did that for the 5 minutes while laying in bed and very quite and I listened to a babbling brook. Ahhhhh, it was nice. I rather listen to a brook babbling then Tasha babbling. Any day.

Here is what I did for Monday.
Did my 40 mins of cardio, 20 mins of strength training, stayed 100 % OP and read one of my James Patterson books for about 45 mins. I cooked alot yesterday too. I spent alot of time planning ahead of preparing my meals for the week. (Something I never do) I did it because I seem to be getting busier with the kids and school so I didn't want to be unprepared.

Ok, I did a new workout today. I got a Leslie Sansone Dvd from the library to try. I did muscle mile. It was only 19 mins. Not very challenging. It is good to get warmed up though. So including that, I did 60 mins of cardio today and 20 mins of lower body weight training.
