Default Exercise Thread w/o Aug. 26th

Alright girls.....we are going to do this just like we did on the other forum.

Pick how many days this week you can get activity in. Make it reasonable so you can stick to it!
When you have completed it, come back and update your post.

We can do it!

I haven't pledged activity in a while, nor have I been consistent in activity for months.

This week I am going to pledge 4 days. I have got to get back into a routine.

SUNDAY- OFF
MONDAY- Firm Cardio Sculpt Blaster 35 mins. & Firm Jiggle Free Abs 25 mins.
TUESDAY- Firm Super Body Sculpt 40 mins
WEDNESDAY- OFF
THURSDAY-
FRIDAY-
SATURDAY-

4 DAYS PLEDGED....2 TO GO!!!!

Ok, here I go. I have no idea how I'm going to feel this week, with this sore throat and head congestion, so:

Sun-off
Mon-cycle 1 hr; weights 30 min=NOT TODAY
Tues-cycle 1 hr; weights 30 min=NOT TODAY EITHER
Wed-off
Thurs-cycle 1 hr; weights 30 min
Fri-cycle 1 hr; weights 30 min
Sat- ellyptical 40 min; weights 30 min

Thanks for starting this Jen. Been trying to keep up something on the old board. Will have to check to see if that's started already. Been bopping between the 2. I'm in for 5 days. Tues and Friday won't be able to get in. Sat won't be able to update since @ moms

Sun- walked on bike trail approx 1hr 15 min.( wish they had clear mileage, they recently redid it so old markers and new markers don't match.) Will have to see if one of my pedometers still works
Mon getting strider in but in 2 parts 15 min each
Tues- 30 min walk ( beautiful weather today!!)
Wed prob not, got a late dr's appt
Thurs- 30 min strider, plus a few minutes heavy lifting.someone moved my stuff around in our shared basement, not sure if they are doing work or not, but had to put some stuff back on palletes again. GRR
Fri none travel to mom's
Sat- pledging getting a walk in, plus lugging furniture and other stuff around. LOL got an update from mom on Thurs. she says I'm going to be tired after this weekend. we'll see lol!! update*** 2 30 min walks in as well as above

I've committed to 30 days straight....I got in all 7 last week. Here's how this week should go:

Sunday- 45 minute walk in neighborhood DONE
Monday- PUMP, cycle class DONE
Tuesday- Kickboxing DONE
Wednesday - 30 minutes on the Pre Cor DONE
Thursday - Pump, treadmill DONE
Friday- Kickboxing DONE
Saturday- Kickboxing DONE
Sunday- walk in neighborhood DONE

Monday 3rd of September- Cycle class DONE

There's another 7 days down!!!! Woo hoo!

I am in for 3 this week...any over will be a bonus!!

Mon: walked back and forth with FIL in garden while he was planting (this is a bonus)
Tues: none
Wed: none
Thurs: 20 min workout
Fri: not sure yet???
Sat: walking at show
Sun: plan to bike ride at the beach

MONDAY- 1hr. walk/jog on treadmill ~ Done
TUESDAY-FIRM Ultimate Calorie Burn ~ Done
WEDNESDAY-35 mins. jog/walk treadmill & ab crunches ~ Done
THURSDAY-OFF
FRIDAY-OFF
SATURDAY-Walking around in the city

I am going to walk every night this week! So far so good!

Sunday: 35 minutes walk at park
Monday: 30 minute walk at park
Tuesday: 30 minute walk at park
