Wonder Woman--I think you deserved a day off yesterday! Your birthday is a good time to reflect on the past year, and you have done phenomenal this past year. You should be so very proud of yourself. I know I am and so is everyone else on the team! You are a true inspiration and admire your efforts to consider your overall health and not just your weight! Way to go Wonder "Cat" Woman!!! You give us all hope!

Day 14 - Friday
  • Took vitamins
  • drank lots of water
  • Ran 4 miles
  • Stength trained at the gym for about 10 minutes for arms
  • Ate lots of fruit and added in some raw veggies
  • had a V-8 to get in some extra vitamins from veggies
  • No red meat
Day went well. I probably should have done more strength training. Still feel a little awkward are weights area in the gym. But, I'm doing my thing.

2 week (14 days) Over view

Out of 14 days I did:

-Took 11 vitamin packs. What happened to 3 packs? Lazy I guess.
-Did 9 days of weights (really should have done 10 or more)
-Did 9 days of cardio (this could be better)
-Ate fish twice (this should really be more)
-9 days of confirmed fruit eating (I think this is really more. Just didn't report it all.
-8 days of veggies (this needs to be up'd)
-5 days I ate other kinds of meat other then red meat
-7 days of eating very little red meat. Really low amounts.

There were some great days and then not so great. The end of the week comes and things slow down. Things are way better than I would normally do but I'm still not excited about it. Too many missing days of doing nothing. Heck, the vitmains should be an easy thing. Will work on things.
