Day 4
-Took my vitamin pack
-Ate my fruits, whole grains and some veggies (need to work on more)
-Drank my water and still drinking
-Did 20 minutes of strength training (Arms and shoulders)
-Did my team challenges
-Ran my scheduled 3 miles and threw in one extra
Arms feel like spagetti. But, in a way feels good because I feel like I'm on my way to getting healthier
Went to the doc to get lab work to make sure all is well with thyroid. This is part of me getting healthier. Asked doc about having a mammogram but she didn't seem to concerned and said wait till 40. May ask again when I see her next time.
