I know exactly how you feel!! I've become obsessed to a point about my weight and fitness levels. I get frustrated when I can't do a certain exercise or don't do cardio as long as I planned. But, it does get better....or maybe worse with the more weight you lose. You think about it no matter what but your thoughts change to the positive. You're in the right place!!

Ahhh the signs of a maturing parent, happens to the best of us. I know that when my daughter is at camp next week, I will still be doing the responsible thing and sitting on the computer and taking breaks by coming on here and chatting with my friends. Love you guys!

Hey now a little about me.....I have been married to my husband, Kevin, for 14 years on September 25th. We have 3 daughters..Kelsea 12, Sandra 11 and Amanda 7 months. Amanda was a surprise...a post vasectomy baby. I am now a stay at home mom but I do go in to work 1 day a week to post the books. I am so looking foward to spending the summer months with the girls! I started out 110lbs overweight and have lost 22 lbs. I am doing South Beach, walk 3 miles a day and do as much strength exercises as possible. I am here with my sister Laura who is also an Apple!!! I love this site and I know for a fact that I could not have gotten this far without all of you ! Thank you!
