Again I want to welcome you all to Friendships and Fitness. We created this challenge so that we could make lots of lasting friendships and also have some fitness thrown in. This board is where you will do all your support at. You can introduce yourself, make friends, cheer somone on, ask someone for help, encourage, post funny pics, jokes, about anything(within reason). Just get on here and let everyone know how you are and if you have any questions ask and I am sure you will get answers. This will be fun and I am looking forward to getting to know all of you. Remember the leaders are Crystal Storm, Sissy, and Jane. If you need us holler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning all..This is the First day to the beginning of your new and heathy life..For those who are in other challenges this will be the boost you need..To New people..we will offer support when you need it and questions just reach out to usa..or your other team members..if you are taking to a person on her please quote them..Make friends..We all need support along this tuff journey..Weight lose is up to all of us..We will help you along the way.
