Talking Friendships And Fitness--- Points Page

Hi everyone and welcome to our little team!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you find everything you are looking for here and don't ever forget to ask one of us for help if you need it. That is what we are here for.Now for the important stuff. There will be 3 leaders. Me Crystal Storm, Sissy, and Jane. If you know us already good if not we would love to get to know you. There are 2 boards this is the points board and I will explain that. The other is the support board. I will explain that to. Here goes.
FRIENDSHIPS AND FITNESS – POINTS BOARD

On this board you will post your diet plans and points. You will not be doing support on this board that is for the support board. On this board we will post any charts you can use, exercises and things of that nature. You will also find the winners at months end on this board. Remember to post your points here each day. You have to post them for them to be counted. We will tally points on Fridays for the previous week. Points will end at midnight on June 28th. That will be 4 full weeks.
WEEK 1 JUNE 1ST- 7TH
WEEK 2 JUNE 8TH- 14TH
WEEK 3 JUNE 15TH- 21ST
WEEK 4 JUNE 22ND- 28TH
YOU WILL SEND A FINAL WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENT ON EITHER JUNE 28TH OR THE 29TH WINNERS WILL BE POSTED ON THE 30TH.

Remember to read all the messages. We have lots of info for you. Also when you want to post click reply on the last message. Ok now we get started. I hope you are ready to have fun!!!!!!!!!!

POINTS

This is how the points will work. Each day you can have a total of 50 points. For a total of 350 a week. These are how the points are broken down. fficeffice" />>>
10 points for cardio------ the cardio challenge will be posted.>>
10 points for strength----- 4 exercises will be posted and a number of repetitions to do. There will be 2 different repetitions 1 for beginners and 1 for advanced. You choose which suits you best when you post your points tell us which you chose (this is important). To get the 10 points you have to do all 4 exercises at the number of reps. If for some reason there is an exercise that you can not do please let me know and I will do a substitution for you. I want everyone to succeed.>>
10 points for water----- Water is important!!!!!!!! You will get 10 points if you drink at least 8 glasses a day.>>
10 points for being ON PLAN!!!!! Just what it means. Stay on your plan.>>
10 points for support. Support is very important!!!!! Go to the support board and show some love, post funny pics, share a story, make some friends, just get on there.>>

AWARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There will be multiple awards given out each month and yes more than one person can win each award. These are what they are and how they will be given.
POINTS AWARD- This award will be given to the player(s) that have accumulated the most points throughout the month.

WEIGHTLOSS AWARD---- This award will go to the player(s) who have had the most weightloss during the month.

INCHES LOST AWARD--- This will go to the player(s) that have lost the most inches during the month.

MVP--- The winner of this award will be decided by the leaders. This will be for the player(s) that we think have tried really hard, been on here a lot, and participated. This won’t necessarily be based on weight loss. It will be based on a number of things. If after the 25th of the month you have a person in mind that you think really deserves this award send me a private email and let me know who and why.

FITNESS QUEEN OR KING- This is my idea. There will be two different categories of this.
The first is for the beginner, you have to post that you are doing the beginner reps. You have to complete all the exercises each day and the fitness bonuses that will be given later.
The second is for the advanced, and you have to post you are doing the advanced. You have to complete all the advanced and the fitness bonuses.

The names of all the players and their starting weights will be posted tommorrow morning around 9 am. Thats when we will officially kick off. But if you have already sent in your stuff to me, Sissy, or Jane feel free to post. If you have not sent the things in send us a message. Remember this board is for points and plans only. This is also where you will find your weekly exercises and I will post new ones each Friday.Be on the lookout for charts and other things we will post also. Jane and Sissy have lots to share. Feel free to print and use any of them.

Hello My Buddies!
I am posting this chart for you to go by on measurments. You do not have to do both right and left unless you want me to help you keep track of that.
Make sure that you have a measuring tape everyone. It may not be fun right now, but when those inches come off you will want to brag!





*Your measurments will not be shared in this forum. Those are to be emailed directly to me.
Sorry Fellas I didn't make a graphic for you, but you get the idea! Now lets have some FUN!!!!

no jo..i will send you infor in just a bit..we will need you to go to the fitness end of the friendship and fitness to get your measurments together..sissy will be writting you for them..WELCOME
