ok..my plan!! cals 1200/1400
water at least 10 glasses
bike 30-45
fitness exercises
band exercise
free weights.
veggies-raw 2 serv
fruit-at least 2 apples a day..or what ever fruit!

STRESSING THIS POST. WHEN POSTING YOUR WEEKLY GOALS MAKE SURE YOU PUT IN THERE IF YOU TAKE A DAY OFF THAT WEEK. SAY SUNDAY IS YOUR FREE DAY POST IT SO THAT YOU WILL STILL GET YOUR OP POINTS. ALSO IF YOU ARE GOING ON VACATION LET US KNOW SO WE CAN SET SOMETHING UP FOR YOU. ALSO IF SOMETHING MAJOR HAPPENS AND YOU CAN'T POST YOUR POINTS FOR THE DAY LET US KNOW!!!! WE WILL HELP IN ANY WAY THAT WE CAN.

My plan for the week
Calories between 1400-1600
water-8 glasses or more
exercise- advanced strength and cardio + my pedometer at least 9000 steps
will probably set sunday as my day off but will still try to keep on track mostly.

I will be doing my South Beach Phase 1 this week.

I will drink 10 glasses of water a day (i'll cut back the crystal light as that does not count)

I am doing advanced: 30 minutes of jogging with 15 minutes of power walking and 5 minute cool down.

I will do the stretches/strength training you gave us.

i am ready to kick some fat cells off my bod!!!!

Wow, this is awesome. I am soooooooo pumped to get started.

Right after work......

I talked my hubby into doing an 11 mile path on our Trikkes (kinda like roller blading - with a handle) That really works up the heart rate and the legs and shoulders.

Increase my water intake to at least 8 glasses. (I've already done 3)

Keep cals down to 1800. (Bedtime snacks are the killer for me)

I'm anxious to see what my stats will say at the end of the day.

Thank you again for creating this awesome challenge. This is toooooooo kewl!

exrecise beginners cardio 7 days & beginners strength Mon-Wed-Sat
