Default Activity Pledge Week of May 20th

Alrighty....back to business after feeling like crud last week.

So here is the plan:

SUNDAY- REST
MONDAY-
TUESDAY-SPINNING CLASS
WEDNESDAY-
THURSDAY-
FRIDAY-
SATURDAY-

I will get 4 workouts in this week.

I'm late to the party this week, but here it is

Monday-cycle 45 min-DONE
Tues-cycle 2 hours; weights (legs/bi/tri)DONE
Wed-cycle 1 hour-DONE
Thurs-cycle 1 hour; weights (legs)-DONE
Fri-dog walking DONE
Sat-ellyptical 45 min; run 1 mile; weights (bi/tri) NOT Done
Sun-ellyptical 45 min; run 1 mile; weights (ch/back) NOT Done

Friday is the last day of school I don't know how I'm going to fit in my workouts, but I'm working hard to do it.
