Crystal, I was watching Talk of the Town yesterday. Did you know that Eddie George is going to be at the next Tour De Nash in Nashville tomarrow? I was just wondering if you are going? Stan and Jacob are going fishing, I thought I might go do that one. No reg required. If you don't think you can make it we can plan another for later this summer. Have a good one Ladies!

Buddies, this walk went sooooo well. I just posted a few pics in my blog. Check them out...

I can NOT beleive how much better I feel after this walk as opposed to my last walk of last year, which was in September. I was about 204-207 then, and I thought I felt good THEN...WOW...

This walk went GREAT...I feel awesome...I had no issues at all...A slightly sore knee as we came into the last mile...Thats it...

Man. I feel soooo motivated now to lose more weight...Really...I am walking my 10k again this September, and how cool would it be to be near goal, or another 30 pounds lighter by then...WOW...

Okay Cyber Buddies...

My next walk is this coming Saturday, at 8:30 a.m., again, downtown Columbus...Pet Promise Rescue Run...I am walkig with my husband and my beagle, Michaela. THe walk raises funds for homeless pets here in Central Ohio...

VERY excited for this one. This is a first time walk for me with this one...YAY!

Got new tennis shoes and I am raring to go!!!! (Yes, I broke them in!!!)

I am going to ATTEMPT to run a portion of it...We will see how that goes. I dont expect it to go so well, but we will see!
