			<description><![CDATA[I stole this from another weight-loss site, but it is a simple but motivating challenge that I love!

The *MOVE IT or LOSE IT challenge* runs one week at a time, so you can join at any time and get a fresh start each week!  This first week will start _Sunday, November 8_, through _Saturday, November 14_.

All you do is move!  Give yourself 1 point for every 10 minutes of exercise (cardio, weight lifting, etc.), and post your daily total here.  You can post this way:

Sunday:
Monday:
Tuesday:
Wednesday:
Thursday:
Friday:
Saturday:
Weekly Total:

That's it!  Whoever has the most points at the end of the week is our winner!  Then we get to start all over with a new week, a new start :)]]></description>
