			<description><![CDATA[I'm a little nervous.  Yes, I'm only 21, but I'm also over 300 lbs.  I've lost quite a bit of weight, and while I may be jumping the gun a little (planning this kind of stuff keeps me motivated), that is a LOT of weight to lose.  I've always been more than a little overweight, and I don't think my body is going to shrink well.

I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for here.  Advice?  Insight?  Has anyone ever gone through this?  Tummy tucks?  Even boob jobs?  (I know I won't have any boobs when I'm done with all this.) I'd love to hear your stories.

And also, what about financing?  I'm hoping this goes by quickly (it won't, but I can hope), but at the same time I need time to fix my credit.  Like a lot of people right now, I'm unemployed.  I don't have the money to buy gas for my car, let alone pay my credit card bills.  And in 5 months I'm going to lose my insurance.  I don't know what to do.  Any advice on this front?  Is there a program that might help me get financing?  Or do plastic surgeons have financing options for people with bad credit that I don't know about?  I'm not just thinking aesthetically.  I know someone who lost this kind of weight and got medical issues because of it, but her insurance covered it because it was a medical necessity.  I'm just afraid that I'm going to have problems and not be able to do anything because I have bad credit and no insurance.]]></description>

Who feels their motivation slipping?  I know I had some ups and downs this week.   There was one day my food intake was so bad I did not even want to take the time to figure up the calories and lot my food.  I am also not doing so hot at getting my steps in either, but today however has been pretty good.]]></description>

I would like to share my weight loss experiences with you. I was overweight after my second child was born and decided to take a break from my pro equestrian career to be a full time mother. Without the daily exercise I was used to I fell into a deep depression. My friends tried to talk me into the gym but everyone is so judgemental there and I had no clue how anything worked... not to mention insecure about my body. 
It has been a few years since then and I wrote a free blog about my journey. I am officially a gym rat and wrote about how you can go to the gym and feel confident there. It is kind of a guide to how the machines work and what all those classes mean for YOU. I added tons of humor also because what is life without a laugh?
I lost 70 lbs between my exercise regime and my diet changes. Small frequent meals are the way to go! Come check out my story... its free and full of information.

			<description><![CDATA[I will get home from work, class, or working out and go yuck I don't wanna cook dinner, do laundry, clean the house, ect.  Then I will turn on the t.v.  and go ugh I am bored I don't want to sit here and watch t.v. I want to be doing something active, but since I don't wanna do the other things I need to do I just sit there and waste time.  This right now is my habit that I am working on.  When I am sitting there I think ok if I get up and do things I will get more steps in, burn some calories, and I will get stuff done.  It's working now, but is there anyone else that does this?]]></description>
