HELP someone anyone please If someone could tell me how to work this site to get the most out of it I would be so appreciative I can't get spell check to work I don't know anything I am so totally lost I am so upset because of my weight and how disappointed I am in myself I then come here for help and have no idea what I am doing There has to be something wrong with me

no worries, you just jump in and start pushing buttons, typing and if it turns out ok, if not start over, that is what I do. if you want to blog you can just do a new blog each and everyday, or add pages to your blog. my blog is not the way i would like it but it works for me. the main thing is no worries. this is for fun, friends and support.
