Default Is their a way to add an entry to your food tracker?

Hi, I am new here, and like what I see, but in using the food journal, I would like to be able to track my sodium intake for the day. Is their a way to add it to the options in our journal? Also, I did not see anywhere where you can put in your weight, and figure out the calories you need to take in to lose 1-2 lbs. per week. For instance, 1,700 calorie diet, 1,400 calorie diet, or is every journal based on 1,200 cal or less per day?
I have visited other sites and seen where you could do this, but could not find it here. Thank you for your assistance.
