Before Pic not showing on my profile page...?

Before Pic not showing on my profile page...?

I don't understand this... I downloaded a before pic in my photo gallery and it shows up there. But when I go into my profile its not appearing there. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I clicked on the button under pic to add picture to profile... HELP PlEASE!!!
