When I go to customize my profile background with a jpeg, it never shows up. I double-click the file when "browse" comes up, but it never saves and I end up with just a white background. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having the same problem! I want to u/l my own image and it doesn't work for me. I've changed it to one of the preset backgrounds here and it still doesn't work. So I'm right there with you on the white background. Other people have custom backgrounds, so I'm not sure what's going on. I hope someone can offer the solution!

I too, am having the same problem...! geez, it's aggravating! I e-mailed the site, where it says "contact us" but never got a reply.

I wish someone would please fix this! Apparently, the problem is with the site, not us!
