Weight Watchers

I've been looking into weight watchers.* It seems there are 3 options:
1. Online subscription
2. Attending meetings
3.*Buying a kit for use at home.
I'm curious about this kit.* Can anyone tell me about it?* Of the 3 options, which is the best?
