For me it has been Weight Watchers.* I've tried almost everything out there and Weight Watchers is the only one that I've been able to stick with and have even a modicum of success.

Good question...I would love to see the outcome of this question.*

Have to agree w/Mary....I haven't tried that many diets but Weight Watchers is the one that makes the most sense to me as it teaches you portion control and how to eat in the real world.

I've gotta agree w/ Mary on this one. I, too, have tried literally just about every other diet in the world. WW is the one that lets you LIVE your life, eat with your family, and it's real. It's something that one could feasibly do for the rest of her life! Good luck deciding!
