Hey Mary,
*
Count me in...To loose 10% of my body weight I would have to loose 27lbs which would be roughly 2lbs per week...That sounds realastic and do~able....Thank you Mary for the motivation.*

Well...35 lbs is more than 10% for me--BUT I still wanna try to do it. I think that I can..and as long as I'm shooting for that, I might actually get the 10% I need, LOL!!! So, I'm in for 35...

I'll join, since with the Labor Day - Christmas Challange, I still have about that much weight to lose anyway! So I'm starting this challange at 185! I know I can do it! Good luck all!

That okay with me. I rather try to loose the 35 lbs than just 19.* Remember I want to be skinny, even if just in my thoughts.

Default New Year's Day Challenge

Ok, let's clarify things here.* I set 35 lbs as my goal because it will put me at 300 lbs. and*that's just 2 lbs more than*10% for me.* But some of you that want in on the challenge, and*are a bit smaller than me don't need to lose that much that fast.* I would say that a good goal for everybody that wants to join would be 10% of your current weight.
So this is the challenge...to lose 10% of your current weight by New Year's Day.
Who all wants in?
