What you are trying to do is to lose weight fast on a high protein diet that depletes your body of carbs. Then you try to hold it with good eating. The result: tough, particulary if you are carb craving person.

If you lost all the weight slightly slower by eating a balanced diet & excersising from the start you would get far less cravings and far less problems keeping the weight off.

If you intend to lead healthy lifestyle, I do not see the point of the high-protein overload excersise for two weeks. Always amazes me what people are willing to put themselves through instead of simply eating yum foods and moving. It's like they want to do it the hardest possible way for the sake of FAST!

The weight which comes off on high proteins comes back with good eating. You simply regain water weight and carb weight back as your body starts to function normally. Humans did not evolve to eat most of their calories from protein, it's just how it was for millenia.

I am glad that you are going to incorporate food back into your life but you are up for a struggle.
