Default Breakfast advice?

I'm hoping someone can help me (and I'm hoping I posted this question in the right forum). I want to start exercising at 7am or a little sooner. I'm not sure if I should eat some breakfast first, wait, then do my workout, or just drink some juice or if I should wait until after the workout to eat. Can anyone help with this? thanks!
