Anyone on Medifast?????

Hi! Is anyone on the Medifast 5&1 plan? I love the plan and have had great results. It is safe, simple to follow and offers rapid weight loss. I am not hungry and have NO cravings for carbs and junk food.

I was a fast food junkie and drank full sugar soda and I feel so much better when I am on the healthy MF plan.

I would love to chat with others who are on the plan, swap recipes, etc.
