Anyone here tried the 6 week body makeover diet?

Anyone here tried the 6 week body makeover diet?

I've been trying to figure out what diet I want to do. Right now I've just cut back a bit and gone low glycemic for the most part.* I've used Atkins before, read a little about South Beach, Weight Watchers when I was in 4th grade..just didn't help.* I've had success with the Body Make Over Diet, but can't seem to stay on it.
Anyone else here tried it?
