Default Looking for a diet plan....

I am a student and don't much money to start*a weight loss plan. I think all the weight loss equiptment I have is like a pair of dumbbells. I do not know any good plans. I cannot join any gyms because I do not have the money or a car. I would really like to lose some weight. Have any good plans maybe?

Hi Emerald, We were all young & broke (most of us anyways) when we were young.
All you need to do is walk everyday for exercise (30-60 minutes).* When that becomes too easy, just increase pace or start jogging.* You can even bring the weights with you and do arm curls while walking if you want to.
For the food, just eat lots of green veggies (the frozen ones are very cheap).* Mix in skinless chicken and/or tuna or whatever else you can afford.*

Here are some ideas I thought of:
-Walking/jogging
-Turn on the music and dance for 30-60 min.
-Check out exercise videos/DVDs from the library
-Run/Walk stairs
-Go to goodwill, yard sales, etc. to find used, inexpensive exercise equipment.*
