Zantrex 3 Vs. Phen

I'll start this out by saying that I am VERY used to caffeine & no where near sensitive to it at all. So the "jitters" & panic attacks don't scare me. I get mood swings just from drinking coffee so that doesn't bug me either.

I'm trying to make up my mind whether to go talk to my Dr. about Phen or just get a bottle of Zantrex & try it out

A friend lost over 80lbs a few years back. Not all at once of course . She swears by it & still takes it to this day. She was on the verge of getting phen as well & tells me everyday how glad she is that she just tried this "last resort".

If any of you have tried either or both of these, can you give me your opinions on them please Thank you!!
