Default RE: 3 hour diet?

Thanks Dan for letting me know that i am not the only one on here that has heard about it.* I try to pack my lunch for work and cook later at home, but sometimes I just go out to eat and that's when I have the problem with it.* I will give it another go and see what happens.
good luck to ya,
jaci

Default 3 hour diet?

I was just wondering if anyone else was on the 3 hour diet by Jorge Cruise?* I have lost 10 pounds so far. I just need some new ideas.

I have read the book and made an (admittedly) half hearted attempt at it.
It's a good diet and I think you'll lose weight if you can make the plan & stick to it.
I tend to eat out & am not good at meal planning.
After reading the book though, it's not that much different than most other diets out there (The ZoNe, Sugar Buster, even WW), basically they all tell now say to eat 5-6 small meals/day (ie eat every 3-hours).

I was actually thinking of going back to it just as a 'jump start'.

It's a pretty sensible diet (you get to eat normal, healthy foods)
You can get info at
Jorge Cruise : America's Leading Weight Loss Expert

But you can get the book much cheaper on half.com or ebay, or maybe your local craigslist

i'm on that "diet"/lifestyle. I have his book 8 minutes in the morning exercise for real shapes and sizes, and i like it. He helps you tackle emotional eating and you only have to exercise 8 minutes a day 6 days a week, and you don't have to buy any exercise equipment. You just use stuff you already have around the house. . It's easy -once you get motivated-but you definitely feel the burn, even when looking at the pictures you don't think you will. He doesn't tell you to cut anything out, just eat in moderation. I recommend his plan i truly do. You can check out people who reviewed his book at amazon.com. ( a lot of people eem to love him too) and go to his website-jorgecruise.com.
