How does Weight Watchers work.

I really like WW. I've started back following the plan on my own, but the first time I joined and lost 43lbs (don't ask me why I allowed myself to gain it back, I just don't know). I'd love to actually join again and go to the weekly meetings, they really did help, but just can't afford these days. I follow the Flex Points plan, I like the fact that I can eat anything I want but within reason. So for me it's really not like dieting. And it's no problem for me counting points, I had purchased a points calculator and I keep it in my purse. I would recommend WW to anyone.
